Can't find apps in Market

I recently wanted to download the new Sky News app for my Hero but wasn't able to find it when searching. My other half found it straight away on her HTC Magic and was able to download and install. So, why can't I find it? Do I need to change some settings? Had a similar problem with the UK Fuel Prices app.

Really need some help on this as its winding me up!!

I can seem to find it straight away also. I don't think you need to change any settings because when you search for it the app should show up at the top because you matched the app name.

I'm afraid not, searched several times using lower case, capitals and both but all I get are various other 'unofficial' apps related to Sky
