Cannot Accept Exchange Calendar request

I have the Motorola Droid running 2.0.1. I can get email great with my exchange account, but if someone sends me an emai that is a meeting request i cannot accept it. Anyone know how to do this?

Another less important question, my combined inbox shows a color for each account (pink for exchange, orange for POP3) can i change those colors?
