Google Skymap????

Greetings,

I purchased a G1 today because my old phone was dying and I needed a new one, one of the things that attracted me to the G1 is the Google Sky Map application, although it is featured on the Android Market's website:

It is nowhere to be found on the actual market... so now I've been searching the internet for answers but have found none, am I missing something?!

Probably yes... 'cos I've got this app installed on my G1. ;-)

You might have tried this already.

If you open the market app on the phone.

Press search.

Enter google into the box.

Sky maps will be the 3rd down.

Press on it and it will say install at the bottom.

Press that and when its finished open it and point your phone at the sky and you will look like Patrick Moore to your friends!!!
