Anynone know a Secure and Sync's Password database App?

I am a recent convert from the Palm Treo world. Yes, I have moved on and now have a HTC Magic which I am quite happy with so far. Early days for me but I am looking for an App which will replace my Secret! Palm and PC desktop app which had good encryption and which I used to store all of my banking and password and access details to everything I have ever had an account on, Banks, Internet etc.

A VERY useful tool and one which we need in the world of Android?

Anyone out there to help me?

Hi Newby from the UK here, so please be gentle with me,
I would love to have this type of application. I have been using HANDY SAFE on my Nokia (S60 OS) phones for the last 6 years and cannot bare to live with out it. I have every password every website address etc from the past 6 years. I have now moved on to the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10i and I am lost with out my Handy Safe, it is simply my BRAIN!!!! Pleeeeeeeeeeeeease anyone out there point us in the right direction??? I have been intouch with the company that produced the Handy Safe and they say they haven't and will not be providong it on the Android OS
