App request: Profile Management

Hi all,
I searched quite a bit but could not find the application I'm looking for.

I'd like a Profile Management application, capable of switching profiles based on time schedule or GPS location.

Profiles should be able to perform these actions:
1) set custom tones settings;
2) switch BlueTooth / WiFi / Phone network ON / OFF;
3) set repeating alerts for Missed Calls / SMS / E-mails;
4) run application on Start / End of profile.

I did purchase Pocketmax Phone Alarm when I had a Windows Mobile phone, but on Android there is no application with these features.

Would any developer out there join this quest?

Funny, I thought this would be an interesting thread, but I guess I'm proved wrong.
Don't anybody miss a way to manage profiles with Android devices?
