ADT Eclipse Plugin URL not working?

According to both the code.google.com site and the tanguay.info site, the URL to enter is https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/

In Eclipse it results in:

No repository found at https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/

Checking the URL in a browser results in a 404 as does changing it to http://

Anyone know what happened to the site?

Update: I just followed the manual archive install as mentioned on the code.google.com site.
