Under the messaging app settings, there is an option about deleting old messages, maybe you have that turned on and its deleting your messages, there is also an option that asks how many messages in a "conversation" before deleting. Hope this helps.
thank you, but I know that but I don't have it set, an even then its only suppose to delete 1 message for every message u send or receive...but this deletes all the messages by everyone including locked messages also.
Have you tried contacting vzw about it? It might be the hardware itself, I'm sure they'll just switch you phones after they aren't able to help you through technical support.
yeah a buddy of mine works there, he said the next update may fix it, so ima wait till the update this month to see it it works, if not i might have to do that.
