Of course, there is some irony here considering that Visio is not free software. It would have been nicer to see something provided for Dia or something else that's GPL'd.

I guess you don't know what I'm talking about when I say that Visio is not Free Software

See www.fsf.org for an explanation.

I know that Microsoft Visio is a commercial software.

My point is "there is no need to buy software if you can use a trial version for a big period of time without any restrictions". Viewer for visio is completely Free.
Visio cost something, but you can use trial... If you found it useful then buy it.

What is wrong with that? I do not see your point... free software only means that you pay for it in a little different way

I didn't say anything about "commercial" software. I simply said that Visio is not Free Software. Please avoid the confusion that results from associating freedom-restricting wares with commercialism. This is an old FUD tactic that make no sense considering how possible it is to sell free software.

It would be nice if one could actually download this stencil. I registered for a download last night and have yet to receive the promised email with the link to download. And as of today it seems artfulbits.com is down.

Guess I'll stick with droidDraw.
