Custom Color in Title Bar??

I have figured out how to set a custom title, however it doesn't fill the entire area of the title bar leaving some of the old gray title bar there. I'd like to not have to eliminate the title bar as it is used in all of the activities of my program, but if there is no way to completely color in the title bar, then I might just have to.

Any suggestions?
