Hi,
Can i port android applications on windows mobile. Mean i can develop in android and deploy in windows mobile. If so, can i access all the services like calendars, tasks, contacts etc for windows mobile through android.

please suggest.

You are talking about two totally different operating systems.
There is NO porting, it would involve a complete rewrite of the software.
