Ideas for making Android Unique

So, the Android OS has some obvious features that make it unique to the apple software but I still find myself downloading applications to make my phone more like the Iphone... ie chomp sms, anycut...

I think there are some simple innovative movements Android could make to really make itself distinct. Just a couple that come to mind are:

Desktop folders.. I am all about using the space on my desktop.. folders combined with anycut would be a powerful tool that would be unique to the android system

Also organizable bookmark lists in the browser would be excellent

Maybe some of this is coming with the fabled "cupcake" update...

It already does this. Tap and hold any blank area of the home screen, tap shortcut, the first thing in the list should be "Folder". Once you have the folder on your home screen you can drop whatever shortcuts you want onto it. I've got an entire folder full of my bookmarks with unique icons thanks to "Bookmarks 2"
