Troubleshooting guide

Im new to coding in general, some html experience. I have all the suggested stuff from google setup to begin working on apps.

What I will be trying is a troubleshooting guide. Something along these lines,

select your product----->Does the product do this, yes----->next prompt or if you chose no it would go to another. and so on.

Making the next screen conditional to what was chosen the screen before. I was just wondering if there were any tutorials to helpmove along on this, Ive got some books and have been trying to work with them. But really I seem to learn better if I have the code of what I am wanting to do and just compare, contrast and edit.

I think what you are talking about is an expert system. There are a lot of books on the subject but you can read some about it here:
