Hi, I want to develop an app for auto-routing calls to speakerphone. Can someone help with by telling me where would that code be.. I can then tweak it..

I cant tell you, but your question made me think of one I had myself, so please forgive me for piggybacking your thread.

Currently, I dont have a G1 and am waiting for the G2 to come out. However, I am hard of hearing. How loud is the speaker phone unit on the G1 compared to a BB Pearl? Thanks.

Its actually good. I dont know the spearkphone quality of BB. I dont like the top slide out (weak mechanical design) of G1. My Ideal G2 phone would have a bigger screen and a vertical slide down keyboard (hidden by the screen when not slided out). Im waiting for such a handset.

I guess you would have to wait till summer 09 for a good quality handset to come out. Watch out for the Data network's Mhz specifications. If you would be running it on Atnt, make sure it specifies 850/1900Mhz HSDPA or you wont be able to run it at 3g data speeds (with atnt). For tmobile, its 1700Mhz.
