Ok, so I found that. Then it asks me if I want to mount it, I hit Ok.
I get a window open for it, which is fine, but I don't seem to be able to copy music files to it, it seems to start, then stalls. So if I unplug the phone from the usb and plug it back in it seems to copy the album, not as a directory of all music by that artist, just the one album.
If I then try to see if it will play, it tells me that the SD card is busy.
So if I then unplug/plug it back into the USB it still doesn't see any music files but I can then see the availability of the space/SD card again.
Linux based my arse? it doesn't seem to work like any linux I've ever tried.
Surely there must be some sort of location/files where it would store music? For instance, when I've told it to mount, the usb icon (on the phone) disappears. The window that opens, shows me 2 directories, one called DCIM - which I think, is to do with pictures, and the other is called com.tokasiki.android.voicerecorder either of which suggest any kind of location to put music files.
So what I'm alluding to is that something isn't right i.e. there's no way of looking to see where something might be put file-wise.
Or at least that's how it seems to me - but I'm no expert so I might be seeing things wrongly......
Any other ideas/suggestions/assistance that might point me in the right direction would be excellent.

p.s. It might be a stupid question, but how the hell does everyone else transfer/move media or music etc to their phone ?
