HTC Desire has started to reboot.

Hi folks,

I have been using my Desire for a few months now and I have just encountered a problem. Just during the last week it has started to spontaneously reboot, it is always when I'm doing something like playing a game or typing a text or watching a video, all things I've done a million times before without a problem. I have tried killing all the apps running in the background and it still does it.
Is there a dump file or something I can use to try to fault find this? It's getting rather annoying.

lots of views but no replys, hmm bit annoing huh? ok, I cant really say what could be wrong since I got my desire 2 weeks ago, but try this, Menu> Settings> Privacy and back up all your files, once that is done, go to, Menu> Settings> Privacy and Factory Data Reset.

the only thing is, I dont know if the back up will back up your games, try googling that, but the rest, contacts, messages etc should

and please do it at your own risk, dont blame me if you loose everyting.

at least thats what I would have done in that situation!

hi, I dont know if its related but i have reboot isue on my t mobile pulse only it hapens after i upgrade to android 2.1 have it only few days but under settins>privacy i dont have back up option if someone knows how can i back up my files or why is this hapening!

I am not sure if anyone else had the Desire here but have you tried contacting HTC? They are pretty good with responding from what I hear.
