I can pair and connect to headsets (jabra and motorola, no at the same time). However, the sound still uses the eris speaker and is not redirected to the headset. Is this a setting problem or a bug? If it is the former, how can I fix the problem?

Go to BT settings, find your paired wireless device, click-hold it, then check off what you want to use it for. If it's for playing music, choose "use for media audio" (or the like). If it's for calls, choose "use for phone audio" (or the like).

You (probably) can't use a normal BT headset for music, fi that's what you're trying to do...
