Android.process.acore.....

Eerytime I click on contacts or dialer on the home screen.. it always says the process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedily...bla bla bla. And when I try to text a new message to someone it force closes. I can't text anyone unless they text me first. Can't see wen someone calls me.. all I get is a \/oicemail like days later. On top of all that my screen stopped working. Don't think its due to the fact that my lcd iis cracked but its been like that since july and its worked perfectly fine till just the other day. Both of these things started happening around the sam time deff the same day. It sucks. Called g1 ppl thru tmobile.. no help just made me delete texts and storage stuff. No luck. Plus... can't reboot kus my home button is broken. Despite the physical things wrong with my phone... can anyone help with the technological issues?? Please help phones dri\/ing me crazy. Want to run it o\/er with my car lol

Its probably a app you have installed not being compatible with the firmware version your g1 is running. Uninstall your apps then reinstall one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

When I called the g1 techs they made me delete all my apps. So theye been off for awhile. So its not any of those kus I uninstalled all of them. Have no idea wat else it could be. Force close on camera as well. Thanks for the idea tho

I am here for the same exact problem, it just started yesterday too.
Everything you described is happening to me.
I did a hard reset on my phone ( more like a 100 of them ) & still no luck...my touch screen is not working, I cant make or receive any calls, nor can i send new texts unless they text me first.

I do not believe its any app as I've done a hard reset on my phone & I am still having the same problem.

It is so frustrating cause I baby the phone & this would happen to me.
I'd appreciate it if anyone could help.
I was thinking maybe reverting back to an old update like RC29 could maybe help?
