I went to a local T-Mobile (Corporate store..not a dealer) and the girl was really nice. She said they do have a list. I told her I want to sign up and she said no problem. The other girl who was a supervisor I assume said that they will call only once and if no answer they will go down the list to next person so I told her to call me at least 3 times in case I won't answer. She jokingly said she will call me at midnight- I said not a problem :-)
But then I went to another store (closer to work) and asked about the list. First of all the girl looked as if she was on crack...she was talking as if someone was chasing her but at that store they told me they do not have a list. So I'm guessing it just depends on the store.
