It probably wont surprise many people to learn that the average phone owner doesn't utuilise all their phone's features.
With a high percentage of users simply not knowing how to perform basic tasks on their devices.
Google's Rich Miner is confident that Android has addressed this issue and hopes to be able to get more users to use their phone's features.
