From what i have read thus far it would be over the air.
The downside?? all my contacts and calender entries are in Outlook not in Google's calander and contacts apps online. So that would mean i would have to sync first to Google, hoping that everything including calendar reminder's, catagories, event highlighting color, spouse names, nick names, birthdays and all those other fields line up correctly.
I hope it works becuase its a deal killer if it doesn't.
