Find lost phone without GPS?

I've seen a number of apps that can be used to locate a phone if you lose it. They all seem to use GPS, though.

For the most part, I expect that if I lose my phone, it'll be inside, without a clear view of the sky. Are there any apps that will also use the triangulation feature like the "find my location" in google maps?
