Sync issue

i am trying to get my g1 to sync with my pc... i was able to sync one time but when i connect my pc does not recognize the phone but in the device manager it is there any fixes that anyone may have

I am not familiar with PC anymore (switched to Mac), but maybe a driver is needed to read the SD card? I'm just throwing that idea out there.

Perhaps try using a different USB port on your PC? Initially i had problems syncing with my G1->PC but managed to resolve this by swapping over to a USB 2.0 port.

Now if the computer did not have a 2.0 port would it be possible to use a 2.0 card reader, and sync from there?
