I have been using it for 2-3 months now and it suits my needs quite well. There have been some issues when synchronizing large amounts of tasks (slow sync), but it gets synced and thats what matters to me.
Other than the speed, how seamless is the sync? I need something that will work as well as Google's App Sync, which works really well for calendar/contact data, for tasks in Outlook and the phone. Also, are you using the standard/free version with the SpringxCRM sync or the Pro version?

The App Sync is a little wonky; every now and again I'll notice a duplicate contact or a contact that's been a little reformatted within Outlook, but overall it's not a deal-breaker. I wish Google wouldn't tinker with my data and just mirror it, but oh well.

As of now, my business email is hosted by Google and I have my calendar, contacts and email all hosted and synced with the Google App Sync on my desktop and Google Sync for Blackberry. My tasks aren't sync'd unless I plug in and sync that way, which fouls everything up. So I'm hoping that this solution means I can sync wirelessly and efficiently.

Touchdown for Exchange is the app you need.

Just to make it clear - there is only free version of SprinxCRM OutlookSync for Remember The Milk now and it includes everything from the former Pro version.

....it does not work for me, I guess it does not support Outlook 2003, which I'm using.

Maybe 2007 and 2010.

David, anyway to get this to work in Outlook 2003?

Thanks,

MP

Outlook 2007 and 2010 only as this is written using Microsoft .NET. Sorry, no support for Outlook 2003 and older...

I found a solution to be able sync up all the features of outlook but not really because it's an exchange sync. It's through a company called NitroDesk, Inc. They have an app on the droid market called Exchange for Android 2.X that works for me. I only downloaded it today so lets see how good it really is. To purchase the software after a 30 day free trial is $19.99.

Does it require MS exchange?

No, it does not require MS exchange.

BTW Thanks all for trying my Outlook synchronization add-in. Please note that it is becoming a part of larger solution: SprinxCRM UniversalSync .

And yes, it is still free :-)

I downloaded the gTasks app and it basically syncs with your Google task list. Unfortunately, the Google task has very limited capabilities compared with that of Outlook. I also downloaded Android Agenda Widget which syncs beautifully with both my work Outlook and Google calendars.

Has anyone found a solution that works?
Hey one way to solve the Calendar part of the problem is use of an Excellent OL Add-in called TaskLine (from the UK). TaskLine will schedule prioritized tasks on your calendar (flowing around appointments, scheduled breaks, and following task split and dependency rules) so that your calendar is neatly organized with prio tasks... I no longer use GTD, but rely on Taskline to schedule tasks that I've separately prioritized.

I'm thinking that this may be the solution to syncing 'prioritized' tasks
