According to google developers cupcake is not ready for public consumption, it is there for a framework for other hardware vendors to have a platform to develop against, it is work in progress.

Having said that, parts of it are stable enough for T-Mobile to include in any updates they care to give us, such as the on screen keyboard

I'm excited about the multi touch and browser update. Still can't wait for a flash player (browser and non browser) and multi-touch.

I don't think so since its only an update, its gonna be just like rc30, it'll just overwrite it self over the current one.
