Ringtone help .....please

How do I erase ringtones???? & can the ringtones be stored on the SD card??

- To make ringtones, alerts, and notifications make a folder inside your memory card each one containing there own name such as "ringtones" "alarms" "notifications"

- First, unplug your phone from the USB port, then edit a contact. You should see your new ringtones in the list.

- To Cut, press Menu and X.

- To Copy, press Menu and C.

- To Paste, press Menu and V.

i know this sounds lame but how do you download ring tones. i am trying to get the song little box's from the show weeds. but i cant download any ringtones. can any one help me.

You don't have to "download" ringtones...

If you have music on your phone(any .mp3 file) you can open the "Menu" from the music player and select "Set as ringtone"...

I have the song Little Boxes on my computer. I'll PM you a link to grab it...

hello soy nueva en el g1, y mi pregunta es la siguiente, tengo un amigo que va con su g1 a una pagina que se llama funformobile y de ahi baja cualkier rigntone ke el kiera, cuando yo lo hago desde mi telefono numero uno los mp3 no los puedo bajar para mi telefono los escucho y todo pero mas nada , solo los puntos wav, alguien me puede ayudar a resolver este problema o es que el telefono viene con defecto de fabrica o que , muchas gracias

So you have to hook up your phone to a PC first? Then create the folders with all the sounds in etc...

does this work with SMS tones?
