Have you ever been on your tablet and wished you could float messages over whatever else you were doing? Well Tablified Apps has come to the rescue with Lilypad HD Beta. It works with Google Talk and basically floats over your applications. So if your surfing the Web or you're watching a movie, you can still chat with your friends. As a reminder, this is in the beta stage so there might be some bugs, but they are looking for any feedback so they can make Lilypad even better. While Google Talk is the only supported client, you can expect to see support for others very soon. It's priced at $1.49 and available now in the Google Play Store. His first computer was a Radio Shack TRS80 Color that used a cassette tape to save programs, and his first laptop was a Toshiba T1200FB that sported a CGA greyscale screen and two 720kb floppy drives (no hardrive).
