Last week we heard rumors of a 10-inch Android tablet coming to Verizon from Motorola. Today more juicy details have leaked on the device. It will have a minimum of a 1 GHz processor and possibly 1.3 GHz (my money is on the latter), a front-facing camera, and Android 3.0. Don’t get too excited just yet though, while a quarter 4 launch was the original plan it is likely to be pushed back to early 2011.
