Sure, Best Buy has always had their RocketFish hardware line, but this is a bit out of order: A RocketFish Tablet. Best Buy’s CTO, Robert Stephens released some pictures over Twitter earlier of a tablet that has an uncanny resemblence to HP’s Slate, ports, connectors, everything, just with a RocketFish logo instead. As per standard viral marketing procedures, not too much is known about this tablet so early in the game, just some product pictures. As with every other product launch nowadays, I am sure specs and ads etc. will leak out later right on schedule. From the pictures it looks like this unit will be a 9 inch model, and follows the general iPhone 4 design, just larger.
As I stated above earlier, nothing is known for sure about the tablet, but speculation leads to a tweet earlier in July about a tablet running Android 2.2, is this it? Who knows. Let us know what you think in the comments!
