With the upcoming release of the Intel Oak Trail platform which includes better performing Atom processors, PC vendors are shying away for the less pricey, cooler running, and better performing ARM processor paired with the Android Operating System.

While vendors have to still maintain their relationships with all vendors and ‘test the market’ expect to see a lot more Android and ARM based tables coming out, then the Atom and Windows Duo. I have wanted to get my hands on a tablet PC for some time but haven’t found the right one for me. Hopefully this will bring some awesome devices our way and help bring prices down.
