Motorola FLIPOUT Arriving in the UK August 11th

The Motorola FLIPOUT, a quirky little phone with a rotating hinge, is set to release in the UK very soon. The phone is unlocked and SIM free, and will be available through Play.com for £249.99on August 11th.

In case you have not seen the FLIPOUT before now it uses a unique ‘Rotating QWERTY’ design that flips the phone screen around revealing the keyboard. It has a 2.8″ touch screen, 512MB internal memory, 2GB microSD card included, 3MP camera with digital zoom, and the usual connectivity with GPS, Bluetooth, and WI-FI.

    This is a really good and fun phone. I do not own it but my girlfriend does. I use a 3GS and I can say the 3GS is better. The flipout is still a really good and fun phone. It runs very smooth and the touch isnt choppy like a lot of other HTC android phones. The motoblur is also a very interesting. The keyboard is very easy to use and the design of the phone in general is unique
