uTorrent is no doubt one of the most popular torrent clients. One of the more recent features have enabled you to view your uTorrent program by pointing your browser to web.utorrent.com. This functionality previously only worked when you entered the URL on your PC’s browser. However, with the latest release of a uTorrent beta (Project Falcon) you can now access web.utorrent.com via your Android device, enabling you easily monitor your torrents no matter where you are.

Just turn on the webgui on the computer, open the correct ports on your firewall. Open up Torrent-fu on phones. Give it the ip address, or dyndns, user and password and BAM you can start, stop, torrents on Android from ANYWHERE.
