We got a chance to play with the Xperia S at CES this week, and there’s no doubt about it. This phone has “flagship” in its future. Despite its slender case there is a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core CPU, 1GB of RAM, and covering it all up from the front is Sony’s first 720p Reality Display for a phone. Expect to grab the Gingerbread Xperia S around March 5th and you can also expect a prompt update to ICS in early Q2, all for £389.99.
At its launch the Xperia S will be GSM unlocked and Europe only.
