The guys over at droid-life have managed to get their hands on an leak of 2.2 with Sense for the Droid Incredible, and have a nice little write-up of their first impressions. Overall, they were pleased, but they pretty well already loved their phone, so the improvements were only reasonably impressive. Still, it’s nice to hear a detailed run down, so run over to the source link and check it out.

Of course, the most exciting part is knowing that there’s a solid, polished version floating around, and perhaps that means that we’ll see an official release soon, rather Christmastime as was originally suspected.
