Huawei Honor first to get Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade

While all of us here in the U.S. sit and wait to “taste” Ice Cream Sandwich on the Galaxy Nexus, I’ve been jokingly saying that other phones will probably have ICS before Verizon releases the damn thing. Today’s unbelievable news is that Huawei just released a “demo build” of the ICS update for the Honor. This is less than a month after the release of the source code, and before the likes of HTC, Motorola, and Samsung, not to mention before the first ICS phone, the Galaxy Nexus is released in the U.S. You’ve got to be kidding me. If you own an Honor, hit the source link below and enjoy a little ICS.

This could be an indicator that ICS is coming really soon to mobile phones. :)
