Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Visits FCC with AT&T 4G LTE Bands

We still need to get confirmation from Samsung and AT&T but it looks like the wireless provider will add a new Android powered tablet to their 4G LTE device roster.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 made another visit to the FCC last week, this time packing AT&T radios inside.┬áThe FCC filing lists the Galaxy Tab 10.1 as model number SGH-I957 and shows the device supports the AT&T 4G LTE network – complete with the AT&T 4G logo on the back. We’re not sure if this new Galaxy Tab will have the same features/specs as the Wi-Fi version which has the Tegra 2 processor 1GB of RAM, 16 or 32 GB internal space and Android 3.1.

The big question is pricing and availability. We are not sure of either right now but the addition of this 4G tablet alongside their two new 4G LTE phones, the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket and HTC Vivid seems like a great way to launch a new network.
