The Social Gaming Network has been developing games for the iPhone for some time and now they are dipping into the world of Android as well. A well popular game, Skies of Glory, has been ported over to the Android platform. Skies of Glory is a World War II Era dog fighting game which, allows you to really battle it out with your iPhone enemies.
Skies of Glory allows you to play head to head or in full multi-player fashion with others using Wi-Fi, 3G and even Bluetooth. Social gaming has become very popular and SGN recognizes the potential. SGN CEO Randy Breen sums it up best by stating “Mobile phones are unquestionably the gaming platform of the future. Smartphones are becoming accessible to all, and we are really excited to offer a true multi-platform, multiplayer social mobile gaming experience through ‘Skies of Glory”, “As more and more people connect with family and friends through gaming, we continue to facilitate that connection regardless of users’ device or platform preferences.”
Have you plated Skies of Glory yet? I downloaded it for my Droid and I have so much fun taking out other fliers. It is available in the Marketplace for $4.99, which is not bad for this much on the go entertainment. If you try it out let us know what you think of it.
