New Droid 2 Pictures

As you all should know by know, the Droid X is out and even receiving software updates, so what’s Verizon to do now? Why work on the upcoming Droid 2 of course.

Well what you see above are supposedly the first “official” pictures of the original Droid’s successor, the Droid 2. Along with the images of the phone, you will also see the “official” Droid 2 logo. The image above was found within the Droid Does website and was specifically found in a Shockwave Flash file.

I guess you meant “so what’s Motorola to do now? Why work on the upcoming Droid 2 of course”

I don’t understand why Americans seems to think that the operator makes the phone, they just write a contract with the manufacturer, in this case Motorola and when they get the phone they cripple it(ok, they brand it).

This is a Motorola phone that can be used with Verizon, not a Verizon phone.

Of course Verizon doesn’t make the phone, but they do have to ramp up their marketing campaign for it. That sentence wasn’t meant to be taken literally ;)
