Review: Sprint Samsung Conquer 4G [video]

We had a chance to get our hands on a new Samsung Conquer 4G on Sprint, and we would like to share it with you. The phone is considered an entry level device, although we here at TalkAndroid are giving it the thumbs up to be called mid-range. With a 1GHz CPU and the overall snappiness of the device, this phone deserves a little more “oomph” than “entry level”. The overall feel of the phone is good, and the fact that it comes with stock Vanilla Android as the UI excites the heck out of this writer.

If you’re wanting the full rundown of the device, hit the break for both the unboxing and review videos, and be sure to let us know what you think in the comments.

The Samsung Conquer is going to be a popular phone. It may not have the biggest screen in the world or have the fastest hardware, but it seems like a well priced phone that will appeal to those wanting 4G download speeds without having to pay an arm and a leg just to get the phone. Since the phone will have 4G, it should have no problem streaming. One app that I use and that I definitely say to get if you have DISH Network is the DISH Remote Access app. I love this app because it lets me stream live TV and recorded shows from my 922 SlingLoaded receiver to my Galaxy S phone anywhere I am! It is awesome. As a customer and employee of DISH, I have been using the app for a long time and I say to give it a try! It will work wonders on the Conquer!
