It's like pennytalk or iskoot when making calls. It charges local rates (available in certain countries, of which you can choose one) to call some number and then you are forwarded on at skype rates.

So if you live in the US and have an unlimited calling plan you can call skype-to-skype for 'free' but its probably easier too just dial the person anyway.

Only comes in hand if the person is outside the US and you can call their number from withing your bundled minutes.

If you don't live in one of the countries they list then this is USELESS as a calling agent. Its basically a skype chat client.

You can go to help section on the app itself -- everything is explained there. Or you can also read here: http://www.skype.com/intl/en/download/skype/mobile/

Where do we find the details of how this works?
Does it use air time minutes? Can the number be one of the Fav5? Does it work over 3G/Wi-Fi?

What's the deal here?
