Recognize this? Over a month ago we were teased by this ad for the DROID Bionic, to find that nothing ever became of it. Well, we now know where it was headed, as September’s Buyer’s Guide features the exact same mockup. We’ve heard that the Bionic could be released as early as the 26th, but we wouldn’t bet on it. With nearly 4 months worth of setbacks, this device has left doubt in this author’s mind. With 4 month’s time to work on it, Verizon had better ship this phone with no problems. And quick.
