Remember a little while back, when we reported that Shipped-ROMS has been issued a cease and desist by HTC? Well, you ROM addicts can rest easy now, as it seems as though Clnflipper, head of Shipped-ROMS, has made the situation work out with all parties. The website will remain up, and people can continue to about downloading ROMs from Shipped-ROMS without the fear of legal action being taken against them. According to the site:
The biggest thing is that HTC is allowing me to keep it [the site] online for the time being.
