Verizon Wireless just put the Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY on sale for $99 with a new two-year agreement as part of a back-to-school sale.
The Xperia PLAY features:
- 1 GHz Qualcomm® Snapdragon® processor with Adreno 205 GPU
- Adobe Flash Player
- 4-inch multi-touch display
- 5 Megapixel rear facing camera
- VGA front facing camera for still shots and video chatting
The Xperia PLAY also comes pre-loaded with seven games including Madden NFL 11 (EA Sports), Bruce Lee Dragon Warrior (Digital Legends), Asphalt 6: Adrenaline (Gameloft), The Sims 3 (EA), Star Battalion (Gameloft), Crash Bandicoot (Sony Playstation) and Tetris. They expect to have more than 100 additional titles available by the end of the year via V CAST Apps.
As part of the back-to-school sale, Verizon is also offering a Buy One Get One Free promotion for the Droid X2 and Droid 3. Amazon recently put the Droid 3 on sale for $70 for new contracts.
