Computer manufacturer Lenovo are set to partner with China Mobile through their subsidiary Lenovo Mobile - to launch a Google Android powered handset in 2009.

Planned for release between February and March of 2009, little is currently known about the codenamed "Ophone" handset.

Technical specifications aside early prototype images show a USB port, 3.5mm headphone jack and a 3.5 inch touchscreen display along with many other iPhone-style features.
