At Computex 2011, NVIDIA had some interesting displays of power within the much anticipated quad-core processors known only as ‘Kal-El’. The tablet device shown is simply a development tablet, which looks pretty juiced up to say the least, and Engadget got to grab some real eyes-on time in the video after the break.

The demo was done on an Android 3.1 10inch tablet device without any branding but the NVIDIA logo. It has dual cams on the back, one on the front, and 1280×800 screen resolution to make those graphics really move (and make most processors sweat in terror). Demo consisted of the Glow Ball game, where we see awesome lighting and graphic realism, and even the difference when switching between dual-core and quad-core processing. Also demo’d briefly was the Unreal Development Kit and Lost Planet 2 which was ported to Android from PC.

We don’t know when these are coming out, but I suspect we may see some quad-core tablets by the end of 2011. Video and images below!
