The app costs (obviously) $29.99, and streams your home television content to your Android device over not only wifi, but 3G and 4G as well.

Of course you have to have a SlingBox at home, set up to your cable or satellite connection, but once that is set up, you’ll never again have to miss any of your favorite shows while away from the comfort of you recliner. The SlingPlayer app has been optimized with faster control response and startup times, along with quick and easy access to recent channels and the most important remote controls.
