Best Buy has just announced their new gaming app for the Android platform. Now, don’t go getting all excited, thinking this is an app that will let you be a virtual Best Buy cashier and rack up points for selling warranties. This app is to help you “discover weekly gaming deals and unique gaming content including the latest game news from GAMESPOT and trailers and screenshots of the top new games”, and is available on the Android platform (1.6+) as well as iPhone OS. To find it, simply search “Best Buy gaming” in the Android Market. It is a free download.
