For memory-challenged people such as myself, Evernote is a spectacular service. It organizes and condenses your notes, whether they be pictures, quick blurbs, or audio bytes, and allows you access across many devices. Those of you already using the service will be ever happy to note (see what I did there?) that Evernote for Android has reached version 3.0.1, bringing with it several improvements and additions. Beyond bringing an attractive new interface, the new version will allow you to:
- Share notes to Facebook and with other apps
- Access and edit shared notebooks
- Search notes within selected notebooks
- View notes on a map; add location to notes
- Lock Evernote with a PIN for added security
Evernote for Android is available for free on the Android Market
