Palm Pre now running Android 2.3 Gingerbread AOSP [video]

It looks like more and more people are wanting Android on their devices.,. and Palm users are no exception. That’s right, folks – the guys over at PreCentral have gotten a functioning port of AOSP Android 2.3 Gingerbread running on a Palm Pre, and the idea is pretty freaking cool. There’s even a video (see below) of a Pre running the port.

    I dont know why people would want android 2.3 on their pre, it completely sucks. I want to put WebOS on my Samsung Galaxy S2. Since that cant be currently done, it looks like I will be returning the phone back for my old Pre.
