Earlier this year at CES, Toshiba announced their new Android 3.0 tablet the Regza AT300. This 10.1″ device sports a dual-core Tegra 2 processor, with the following additional specs:
- 16Gb of storage
- 1GB of RAM
- Accelerometer and ambient light sensor
- 1280 x 800-resolution display
- USB and HDMI jacks
- Mini-USB socket
- SD card slot
- 5 megapixel rear camera
- 2 megapixel front-facing camera
This new Toshiba table it is slated for a Japan release in June as of right now. As for word when we will get out hands on it state-side is yet to be known.
