Lenovo’s Moto G5 Plus goes up for pre-order in the U.S.

Lenovo’s Moto G5 Plus, which will likely end up being 2017’s best mid-range phone, just went up for pre-order in the United States. It’s the phone to buy if you’re looking to unchain yourself from carriers while not spending a fortune. The Moto G5 Plus continues the series’ path to success by offering average-yet-admirable specifications in an attractive body.

Motorola, Best Buy, and Amazon are now letting you pre-order the Moto G5 Plus before its release on March 31. You have two colors to choose from — Lunar Gray and Fine Gold.

If internal storage is something you don’t think about, you can just stick with the base model that has 32GB of internal storage. Need extra space? Go for the enhanced model with 64GB of internal storage. Both of them have microSD card slots, too. But the enhanced model also comes with 4GB of RAM instead of the 2GB of RAM found in the base model; therefore, you might want to the enhanced model if speed and multitasking is important to you.

The Moto G5 Plus starts at $229 for the base model. Getting more storage and RAM raises that price to $299. Retailers will ship the phone for its U.S. release next week.
